A good education is too hard to deliver. It is far easier for the schools to concern themselves with things that are “issues” based. The trick is to judge others, and find them lacking, so that those people are too busy to judge the school’s ability to deliver education.

The upside is that no matter how bad a job the school does in these other areas, it will always be the parents fault if any kids fall short.
