I’m a little concerned about the whole NCEA thing.
Why are exam papers being sent to another organisation before they are sealed in envelopes?
Why are people hired who might have an interest in the results?
Why was there no legal avenue to punish this kid, who thinks it was a good joke and would do it again. His contract should forbid him from intefering with the mail. Perhaps they’ll think about that next time.
Yea, having that all over the net is going to be real good for future job prospects.

Perhaps the grafitti ‘artist’ thinks that NCEA exam papers aren’t good for much else! Just joking … well, sort of.
