Lawsuit Abuse

I’ll bet money this appears on Kiwiblog within the week!

So there’s this lawsuit. It’s taken by a judge. Here’s what he’s after:

• $1,500 for each “violation” – counting each day for 10 years as two “violations”
• Multiply that by 3x as three people were “involved”
• $500,000 in “emotional damages”
• “$542, 500 in legal fees, even though he is representing himself in court.”
• “$15,000 for 10 years’ worth of weekend car rentals as well.”
• $67 Million US all up!

And all this started over $10 worth of dry cleaning. They lost his pants. For one week.
