Invercargill is such a nice place; I don’t believe it could be invercargillians – perhaps cheap imports?
It all rather reminds me of that manic Pogues song “Turkish Song of the Damned”, apparently written after Shane McGowan had a rather violent bout of the trots after eating a kebab from a dodgy Turkish cafe – though I don’t think it was in Invercargill!
