Hard to see this as anything but a calculated insult against the President of the United States.
Can we stop pretending now? Countries like Russia and Iran are offside with the USA and other western nations because of the path they chose, not anything we’ve done.

I’m sorry to see that this article was half-done. It seems you picked up the story like many on emotion rather than bothering to actually watch the video. Obama is introducing the Russian’s to the man following him, whom is shaking their hands as after they’re introduced.
I’ve watched it many times. The Russian president directs the president to a line, where Obama puts out his hand to be shaken as he approaches the line.
But you’re right – it could be interpreted either way.
