National needs to change it’s employment policy
Heh, DPF points out that Shaun Tan, the ACT candidate who worked (until today) for the EPMU was on a 6 month probationary period.
This, in spite of the Union campaigning actively and aggressively against a mere 90 day probation period for small employers.
In my opinion, National ought to now change it’s policy to cover what is clearly union endorsed – 6 month probation periods for all employers.
It’s be great to watch the EPMU oppose it, given that they are the ones would have had inspired it.
